Workshops
Our one day workshop is designed to indulge you to the different aspects of training available for both your inner and outer self. We will begin with focusing on the INNER; understanding the basic principles and benefits of connecting to your soul through movement, meditation, breath work and visualisation. We then move on to the OUTER; exploring the power of Mirror Work, Supportive Affirmations before exploring the Power of Makeup and Styling to reflect your authentic self.There will be live demonstrations, practical experiences and an abundance of knowledge shared, initiating your rebirth journey
Retreats
Nested in the tranquil town of Galicia, Spain, our retreats are designed to take you on beautiful journey of inner connection, transformation, rebirth and sisterhood. Join our community of likeminded women yearning to rediscover their true self as we spend 5 days exploring our inner and outer self expression. Surrounded by nature we will immerse into group practical sessions while also having free time to integrate, practise and explore all that we teach. Walk away with a new approach and mindset on how you choose to show up in the world. Gain confidence and clarity in who you are and what you want from life.
